My practice
OLI Wellbeing is a space for reimagining how we live, work and care.
My practice sits at the intersection of public health, mental wellbeing, systems change, leadership, creativity and our relationship with the living world.
I bring together more than 17 years of experience across strategy, operations, public health, mental health, climate resilience, sustainable built environment, community development, program design and delivery, evaluation, research, facilitation and organisational change alongside a lifelong interest in the deeper questions of what makes people, organisations and communities well.
My approach is both practical and holistic. I’m interested in what happens when we look beyond individual problems and begin to see the wider systems, relationships, environments and stories that shape our lives.
I work with people and organisations who are navigating change, complexity or the desire to do things differently, creating space to clarify what matters, see what is possible and move towards more coherent ways of working and being.
My work is grounded in the understanding that Thriving people and organisations are shaped not only by our inner world, but by the social, cultural, ecological and ancestral systems we live and work within.
I bridge evidence-informed public health solutions, traditional healing, therapeutic and creative practice and community-led approaches to create lasting, systems change.
VISION
a world where people, organisations and communities can thrive through more nature-based, human, connected and regenerative ways of knowing, living, working and caring.
mission
To support people and organisations to create more coherent, healthy and regenerative ways of knowing, living, working and caring
bringing together public health, systems thinking, lived experience, creativity, nature and diverse ways of knowing.
OLI Wellbeing has evolved over time, as I have.
Today, my work is grounded in public health and systems thinking while remaining informed by creativity, nature, traditional knowledge and healing, regenerative practice and the wisdom that emerges through lived experience.
I don’t believe there is one model for wellbeing, knowing, leadership or change.
The work is to discover what is true, useful and alive for you, and the systems you are nested within and create from there.

For moments when you need space to pause, listen inward and find your next step.
These offerings are for transitions, questions, creative beginnings and times when the old way of being, knowing and doing things no longer quite fits.
A space to hear yourself clearly.
When you’re sitting with a decision, transition or question and can’t quite see the way forward, Clarity offers dedicated space to step out of the noise and listen to what you already know.
Together, we explore what’s present, what’s asking for attention and what might want to emerge next.
For: transitions, decisions, stuckness, creative questions and moments of uncertainty.

Consulting ~ Coherence
Strategic operations and systems-focused support for organisations, teams and initiatives working towards meaningful change. I work with organisations and initiatives navigating complexity, supporting greater clarity and coherence, whilst co-creating innovation and possibility to the way they work and co-create impact.
I work across strategy, operations, research, evaluation, models of care, system and program design and optimization, organisational development and systems change, bringing a whole-systems perspective to complex challenges.
My consulting work is particularly grounded in public health, Indigenous health, mental wellbeing, community-led practice and regenerative approaches to change.
Depending on what is needed, this can include:
Strategy & organisational development
Clarifying direction, priorities, structures and ways of working.
Models of Care, Systems and Program design & Optimization
Designing and strengthening programs, systems, services and models of care.
Monitoring, evaluation & learning
Building useful approaches to understand what is happening, what is changing, what impact is being co-created and what can be learned.
Systems change & facilitation
Making space for different perspectives, relationships and possibilities to inform collective transformation and action.
Strategic operations
Creating the structures, processes, systems and rhythms that allow good work to actually happen.
I particularly enjoy working with organisations where the answer isn’t obvious, where complexity requires both strategic thinking and the ability to see the wider system.
